Hi Gina! As we approach the close of another year, Anne and I just wanted to send you a quick note to say thank you for all of the great time you and your team spend with Chief. From the first day we brought him home he’s always been a pretty friendly dog, but he’s always hated to be separated from us. Anxiety from being a rescue dog, I’m sure. But he’s never demonstrated that kind of anxiousness when Ned or Patrice have come around. In fact, when Ned shows up Chief gets instantly excited and I know he’s going to come home happy and well-exercised, which is just what he needs.
We’ll have had him for two years this February and we couldn’t be more pleased with him and his personality and that’s due in no small part to the time he gets to spend socializing with other dogs at your play group a couple times a week. You’ve been a real benefit to him.
Thanks for everything and have a great holiday!
Gina – I just want to take a moment to tell you that we are so happy with you, your business and with Ned. We’re so fortunate to know that our little pooch is in such good hands while we’re at work. Thanks again for everything.
Thanks for watching Harper this weekend! I really feel comfortable leaving him at the house with your team watching him vs. keeping him cooped up in a kennel. Please thank Ned, Jason, etc as well.
Gina – Thank you so much for hiring such wonderful staff. Buddy loves Patrice and is so happy when she comes to pick him up for his play date. I know that he loves his new friends as well.
I was off yesterday and I forgot to cancel Reggie’s playgroup date. I am glad I didn’t. Patrice came over and I was floored by how excited Reggie got! He literally bounded out the door with her and didn’t even look back to see if I was coming. It warmed my heart tremendously to see him that happy. Thank you!
Meatball our beloved Frenchie was in such good hands with the Pet Nanny crew. From simple walks to splashing in the pool on hot summer days at playgroup, Meatball met friends for a lifetime. Can’t recommend their reliable, friendly service enough. Meatball moved and he hopes he can find a new bunch of friends who can match up to those at the Pet Nanny!
Wally loves The Pet Nanny team! We couldn’t be happier with the level of service and care that they take when walking our pup. Each day we look forward to coming home and reading the log about how Wally’s walk was. We highly recommend The Pet Nanny!
The Pet Nanny provided excellent service to us for years. Our dog Stella loved play group. Frank was always willing to help us with her whenever we needed it. She could be a challenge, but he loved her and treated her well. We highly recommend The Pet Nanny.
I wanted to let you know that Rosie and I are very happy with Mallory, and will ask you to please pass her our appreciation. As you know Rosie has some self-confidence issues and Mallory has done great with that. She has also been great at coming in at the scheduled time and has been great at checking-in with me, and communicating timely, and periodically when she has questions.
You guys do a great job training your walkers/associates and Rosie and I haven’t been as happy and comfortable with other walkers in sooo long. You are peace of mind, seriously, I know that I don’t have to worry about Rosie getting walked on time or anything else.
Keep up the great job!!
Hi Gina,
I hope all is well with you and you’re having a good fall. I just wanted to take this opportunity, as I wasn’t able to do before with moving, to tell you how great Frank Abruscato was for Rebel and Ruby over the past 3 years (July 2015 – September 2018). Frank is an absolute professional who really knew how to read and handle my dogs.
From day one, Frank never just went through the motions for playgroup/care. He took the time to bond with my dogs, for the first year Rebel on his own, and then welcomed Ruby the following year. Frank was able to recognize Rebel’s strengths as a senior member/calming influence on the rest of the dogs in his group. Frank also was able to instill a confidence and calm in Rebel immediately upon taking him into his care which Rebel really needed after we moved to our new home in Philadelphia.
When Ruby came into the fold, Frank worked consistently to gain her trust and brought her out of her shell after a very traumatic life in West Virginia where she was mistreated by her former owners. Thanks to Frank, she is now a confident happy little girl.
Finally, Frank spent so much time with me giving me advice and actual hands on training on how to handle, walk the dogs in a busy, populated neighborhood like Fairmount. The guidance he gave me is invaluable. In closing, I just want to reiterate how valuable Frank was to me as a pet owner, I never worried when my dogs were with him and that kind of peace of mind he gave me is impossible to quantify. He is a tremendous asset to the Pet Nanny.
